As a lifelong Dem, this was the one big low point of the inauguration. This low-rent behavior of some folks in the crowd. They should be ashamed of themselves. I do not care what party they are from but once our chosen leader becomes president I always hope the best for them because they are my president whether I agree with them or not. I did not like or agree with Bush but I would never, ever show him that kind of public disrespect. That is truly shameful.
Okay i thought it over. Bush completely deserved the booings. It's called accountability. He was in full support of torturing people. As a matter of fact he changed the definition of torture in the legal papers. If he messed up the way he did anywhere else he'd be arrested or fired. If he can't handle a few well-deserved boos then he needs to toughen up.
Hate filled racists!! And they call for UNITY now LOL We feel about Obama like you did about Bush!! He's NOT MY president! Isn't that what YOU said? Same goes now!
He didnt lie! He was given false information himself. We were attacked! We went in. Look at it this way. Was taking out Hussein, (not Obama) a good thing?!?! Was taking out all those terrorists a good thing? How about your safety? We havent been attacked since 9/11. Every time you say the war was pointless you spit in an American soldiers face. People need to shut up. Bush was a great President, if you want to blame someone blame Clinton for the mess he left and congress for dragging their feet.
oi. First of all, invading afghanistan was legititmate. Thats where the terrorists were. Movin in to Iraq didn't make sense. The reasons stated and what we actually did ... the dots didn't connect. Bush can't articulate, i remember him telling me "cheetahs don't change their stripes". I can guarantee you that Obama will fix (or care enough to try to) more problems than Bush has created. You know this recession? Look up how much money we throw at the war.Support the troops, not the cause.
i was there too and that was funny as hell

whats racist about not approving of a man who invaded a country for misleading reasons and lied to the country he "solemnly swore" to?
