  • @sickPUPPIESfanONE Well it packs up really tight. The toms go inside of the floor tom. The hardware all goes in a bag, and the cymbals in a cymbal bag. all that's left is the rug and the stool.

  • That drum set looks neat. How did you manage to cram the whole set up in such a tight space? Are all the toms and cymbals mounted on top of a bass drum? That seriously looks like the uber protable acoustic set if it is.

  • @syndrome666 Yes, one of my goals in putting this kit together was to have no stands at all. Everything is mounted on the tom legs, even the remote hi hat. I've since expanded the kit to a full rack kit, but I've broken it down for small gigs. It took buying the right parts to get the right clamps and all. Using some foam, I've managed to get the bottom of that 16" to sound pretty good. Oh, and I also limited myself to Gibraltar hardware and Gretsch drums only.

  • your meant to play a cocktail kit stood up arent you?

  • @666gibb I say no limits. :)

  • If it ain't standing, it ain't cocktail. Nice idea and execution for a compact drumset, though. Reminds me of a Gig Pig.
