This is absolutely wicked. I do some puppetry, but this is miles above what I'm able to do. Sometimes the gap between what I know now, and what I'd need to know to do this seems insurmountable.

Hi Alex. The skin is artificial. It is foam latex with electro-statically applied nylon fur.
