Claude is the winner, but one thing you have to consider is that Tommy was ambushed by 11 people inside his own gang, and killed them all, and was then put in trial for 11 accounts of First Degree murder, got the life sentence, spent 15 years in prison, and had enough connections to get him out of prison. I think that makes him pretty damn badass.
