To me this sounds like part of some sort of audio tape "de-conditioning" program, meant to be listened to while sleeping (or something) -- aimed at "reforming" pedophiles by changing their subconscious thoughts about "little boys" -- from pleasant, desirous thoughts to, instead, thoughts full of revulsion & disgust ...
