a bunch of wild turkeys, chipmunks, squirrles, robin red brests ect. always come around my back yard every day almost to eat from my neigbours feeder

user that wud be interesting to hav them as our nataional bird ! but then thanksgiving wqe couldnt eat turkey anymore it wud be an abomination like letting our flag touch the ground so wud we eat bald eagle ?

we are overrun with turkeys here. They congregate on my back lawn in the early evening, and roost up in the pine trees. Cool to watch.

I live in the Uk and We don't have that Much Wild turkeys, Maybe None

you have none. They are a uniquely North American bird. So much so that Ben Franklin lobbied for them to be our National Bird.

There are also turkeys in Australia, i'ts known as the Bush Turkey.
