haha im in this video. i'm standing in the crowd at the roller derby arm wrestling table. maybe you saw us. was there with a group of girls and we all had self made politically motivated shirts. mine said "i am a victim of h8" my gf's said "if you can vote on my rights, can i vote you your religion". we had an amazing time that day.
silliness. i mean really... there are so many more pressing issues in the world. why waste the money on expressing your homosexuality when you could be helping to feed a starving child in africa or something! nobody cares that you're gay except wbt and other hate groups. fine, you're gay. fucking get over yourselves
The ending of this video is priceless. I mean the guitar, not our band. I loved having those guitars all over the city and I miss them. Thank you so much for covering the festival and for all the camera time you gave us. We had no idea this was out there. And thanks for your support of the community! Despite my little bout of heat exhaustion after that set, we had a blast! ~Sam
GrrlzwillbeBoizATX - Thank you! I totally didn't do this video very well in editing or camerawork though. I didn't want to get too much video of you or the other acts because I didn't talk to you first about it. So I would've gotten much more and better footage if I had been more bold.
Yall rock! I'd love to tape a full show of yours at a club in Austin some night. If you'll let me. I do much better work usually.
By the way, those oversized guitar sculptures still exist in certain areas. Some bars, clubs and other businesses seem to have bought them, and display them individually now. It's tough to find them though. You have to stumble upon them, like I did.
Silly question but can you tell me where that one in particular was. It's pretty and honestly I don't remember seeing it before. Of course there were a lot of them. Oh and our next show in Austin is at Headhunters. Stuck in a corner in the dark, might not work for cameras, but I can talk to the girls and we'll work something out with you through messages.
I'm falling over laughing and my bassist is asking if I made another YouTube account. I'm not a fan of house music either. lol. To each his/her own I guess.
Even going to an amazing festival, still cannot resist focusing on the drums eh? Haha! I'm the same way. I went to a gay pride here in the capital and had a rather good time, very fun, everyone was friendly, definitely will go back. Good to see the Atheist booth too!

Nice coverage, man.
I loved your speech at 6:15. It's nice to have support outside the community as well as inside.
Proud to be an atheist and genderqueer. Thanks for this video.
