@majortakamachi It's simple. The compression ratio is the result of the volume in the cylinder when the piston is at bottom dead point devided to the volume of the combustion chamber. Is just a matter of sizes and dimensions. The bigger the stroke, or the smaller the combustion chamber - the bigger the compression ratio.
