This was my first Muppet movie and it kinda ruined my view of Statler and Waldorf. After watching it, I thought they were ALWAYS ghosts. So when I went to Muppet Vision 3D a few months after watching this the animatronics scared the sh*t out of me. My poor dad had to explain that they were just hecklers. Believe it or not, but this version of "Christmas Carol" is the most accurate for one specific reason: It's actually relatively scary. The original story was borderline Horror, and this is the only "Carol" that ever freaked me out.
