Holy shit... the narrator's perspective for parts 2 & 3 of this video went EXTREMELY 1 sided, negative & hypocritical. Just blame the people with different ideas... damn. I agree much, much more with the economists & theorists. Easily. Literally every time 1 of them speaks (between the narration) they seem MORE & MORE informed & accurate than the "opposing" ideas.

This documentary make seriously false conclusions of the game theory. in a prisoner's dilemma, it's better for both actors to cooperate! By following their self-interested strategy, actors would end up with a worse and Pareto-inefficient outcome! The cold-war strategy is not a PD, but a chicken game and it's rational result is sub-optimal too! How is it possible that a documentary about game theory says the opposite that the theory has actually revealed? Simply put: this documentary is rubbish.

@qigong1001 it may seem in this video that they present these views as if they were something new, but really their just a bunch of children (adults really) learning, you can scrutinize the brain washed youth of today, but when they wake up from the idiosyncratic stupidity they find on television and actually try and learn about behaviors, you can't blame them for trying to learn something like you said how this study goes "thousands of years back".
