For those who don't know Cliff Burton, he was the original base player for Metallica before they got Jason Newsted. He died after they did a concert one night. Kirk and Cliff were playing a game of cards to see who would get the top bunk. Cliff won the game which actually resulted into his death later on. As they were driving to the night and into early morning, the bus slipped on some ice and tipped over. As it was tipping over Cliff had slipped out the window and the bus fell on him. R.I.P man

with all due respect to your opinion,as it is your opinion,i think andrew wood marc bolan and layne staley were all signifigant figures in their respective styles of music. AliceinChains was one of the most diverse, experimental metal bands,T.Rex invented Glam Rock many people attributed punk rock to marc bolan and he took the Damned with him on his last tour before he died and although MotherLoveBone only released one album every washington area band worth their Doc's paid homage to Andy Wood.
