ok so i have a sidekick 2008 and it went into this wierd screen where it shows a computer sticking the tongue out with stars on top...... it acts like it will turn on but then shuts off and sometime a seperate page comes up stating that if the message came up again to contact tmobile but i have it hooked up with att what do i do.... also i have tried to hard reboot and stuff but i need HELP!!!!!!!!

hard reset: remove battery, hold w. put battery back in while stillholding w keep holding until u see the little star thingy picture and reboot it..

soft rest press 1+@(the one next to space)+0 (the number)

erease sign in info goto system info and press menu+shift+r and put erase
