Yes, this is true, obito died, but there are still a few things we dont understand about the limitations of life and death jutsu. It could be a form of immortality jutsu on the part of madara, controling his body, but again hthis is speculation. until the mask comes off however, obito is a valid theory, however unlikely. (after all, Zetsu scavenges dead bodies, found tobi, and also there is the whole Pein anti-death hax. the sharingan is a widely known and powerful asset to any fighter. )

the question is why control obito's body? he was a kid who wasn't strong. if you're gonna take over a body take over a strong one, so there will be few limitations than a weak one. on top of that obito's body was crushed by a ton of rocks. would madara better off picking 1 from his uchiha clan than the crushed body of obito? therefore the obito theory makes no sense whatsoever. extra work for zero gain; if that makes sense to you than i have nothing else to say.

Madara is using Akatsuki to collect all the tailed-beasts, and then he'll use beasts 1-8 to restore yin and yang to kyuubi. I speculate that perhaps he'll even use Pain's soul-transference jutsu to move the chakra of the other tailed-beasts into Kyuubi. Madara will regain full use of his EMS, the full scope of which we don't yet know, and the Kyuubi as a tamed summons.

i don't agree. i think he' shall use the tail beasts to create a jutsu powerful enough to destroy konoha to get his revenge. And itachi said he was once said to be the greatest ninja of all time. so this could mean that madara could've learn more techniques of that then just EMS plus madara hates the uchiha so he may not use the sharingan to show his sign of hate against the clan. or something and higher tobi is talking to sasuke but tells him the truth behind itachi.he also says that he fought the senju clans leader and his brother (first and second hokage) but only madara was brave enough to face the first hokage plus he shows his face to kisame and he calls him madara.
these are facts but if the chapter was wrong look up the chapters right after sasuke killed itachi

Even though the translation in your video is wrong,he dosent say "my power,I,Uchiha Madara`s power", he says " My power, Uchiha Madaras`s power!, If he actually was Madara he would just say my power, though I dont think Tobi is Madara but that Madara had some kind of connection to this man, he is probably his twin brother, In the Manga (Izuna Uchia/not Madara) tells Sasuke that he killed his brother only because he only wants people to still believe Madara is alive but actually is dead.
