when i was juggling a while ago i broke the dow inside the club i tried to take it apart and the dow was split and i couldnt take it out am i screwed on a club?
Thanks again for making this video, Chris. After a couple years of abusing my PX3s, I finally had a few knobs break off. Your method worked great! And best of all, it saved me from having to spend money on a special tool to dig the broken screw out..
This is harder to do with the PX3 DECO (PX3 SD Vegas) clubs. The handle wrapping is stapled and taped to the central dowel, so I had to saw off part of the wrapping. But it still worked. Now I just need to get a screw. I'm guessing you can get the same one at any hardware store? btw, great tutorial.
Hey this was great! It really helped to have this video on the web to find out how to fix a club. I fixed one of my Renegades and this was just totally great!
Thanks for posting this video, i've always wondered how you fix it when the knob breaks off. Also, if you've fixed it one time and the knobs fall off again, would you buy another one or would you saw the small bit or the end off? Anyway, nice video, it was very clear.
at this point, I doubt you'd have to saw off anything, as the screw will probably shear off at the same point. I am unsure, though, as I haven't had one break twice.
hey dude great totorial

@momcaballero maybe. I'd need to see where it's broken, etc. do you have a way to show this?

@sasuke343 If you can't get the dowel out, I am not sure how you'd fix it, to be honest.

Is it particularly bad if the knob spins a little bit?
Glitchster 4 years ago
no, but I don't care for it, so I tighten them.
