You guys should talk to the audience after the video too and ask for requests, tell people to subscribe, etc. Posting a video the same day every week would help a lot too, consistency builds an audience.
Shit was good. But it would be so much better if it was edited, had twitter links and you set the camera on a table or tripod instead of holding it since you're in the same place the whole time. You need more tags too if you're trying to get views and cleaner titles.
