@rocksoliddude1 So any show that has a mentally disabled person in it is copying "What's Eating Gilbert Grape?" I don't know if you ACTUALLY watched any of the Home and Away episodes when Hugo, Xavier and Brendan were in them but the storyline is NOTHING like "What's Eating Gilbert Grape."

oh my god.. Home and Away has changed so much now. Hugo was behind the people smuggling. Angelo and Hugo agreed to fake his own death. Leah found love to Elijah. Miles was drunk at that party, and then along came his "dead" or dont know yet.. daughter Amber aka Rabbit. And now Hugo is back and is seeing Xavier.
