No, Lol , im a professional golfer, we had to do this a scenario with our european tour ref !!! he hits the putt, one stroke, then when he throws his putter at the ball, it is a one stroke penalty and the ball had stopped on the edge of the hole, it wasnt moving. then even if it hits his body after that, it doesnt matter, because its still part of the one additional penalty stroke. so he takes the one penalty stroke and he then has to replace the ball on the edge of the hole !
