get the whitening strips by crest... it last for a year but you need to use leastwise 80% of the strips.

...*Bleaching products causes sensibility, but it is transitory, it is because some demineralization can ocurr which is normal and transitory too, because teeth remineralizes (they dont ruin your enamel if you use it correctly).

*To help diminish sentitivity use a sensitivity toothpaste 1 week before bleaching and during the treatment.

*If they are too sensitive stop using until sentitivity goes away and then continue.

*For best results use the whole product.

I'm a dentist... here my opinion:

*I recommend crest white strips, because i used them and they really work (I had never used the other brand, will try it later).

*Please floss every day or you will have plaque, calculus (that maybe you can't see) and bad breath.

*I recommend Opalescence, your dentist can sell that one (it is really good).

*When you use a bleaching product you should dry your teeth before using the strip.

Crest Whitestrips, works great,i've used it 4 times now..my teeth is real white,even my dentist couldn't make it as white.. i had no problem with it ! Continue to brush,floss and mouthwash on a regular..ur smile will be awesome!

i used the crest whitestrips, they worked great!after a while ur teeth start to look like it used to b4 the strips so i keep up the whiteness by gargling with a mixture of hydrogen proxide and water once evry 2 weeks and i brush my teeth with baking soda once a week.here's the routine.brush with baking soda,then with regular teethpaste.gargle with the mixture of hydrogen peroxide and water,then gargle with a regular mouthwash, try it!people always complimenting me on my teeth,how white they are.

I had to take a break from using them as well. Although my usual toothpaste had run out and was using stuff I bought here in Japan (no flouride) so my teeth were super sensitive and they're only just coming right.

I'll start using them again in a few weeks.

I tried crest it hurt my teeth so bad, my mouth was throbbin like crazieee!!! also it made my lower front teeth thin in between so i had to go to my dentist... I suggest don't use it! it'll jst ruin y00r teeth, painful, also it whitens just the front area, so when y00h smile its kinda yellowish on the sides.

As you said drinking out of a straw helps, not drinking coffee or wine too much as they stain teeth. Smoking stains and so does eating too many sugary foods. I find now because I floss after I eat which I didn't use to, brush my teeth three times a day (Only due to wanting to improve them quickly, I work at home), use mouth wash twice a day rather than just at night that my teeth have improved. I admit I have used peroxide kits. They work but they can damage your teeth mine got sensitive a bit.

It was a case of I wanted a quick fix to my teeth so I ended up buying a peroxide kit. But hopefully with all the care I'm taking of my teeth now by 6 months I won't even need to use the peroxide kit anyway because they'll look better. I hope so anyway! And nice pet fish it's cute and very pretty ^_^

I think your videos are awesome. I wanted to ask you does the mabelline foundation you use have sunscreen in it? And also could you do a tutorial on how to do a peacock eye (blue, green, and purple)? It's one of my favorite looks. By the way, if your teeth hurt after using teeth whiteners, it becuase they take a small amount of teeth enamel off of your tooth to make them whiter.

I've used the Crest ones, and they work a lot better if you have those clear "molds" type of retainers..? Like the Invisiline-ish kind.. Because you can put the strips on then the retainers right over it and it stays put.

They do make your teeth sensitive, though, but that goes away once you stop using them. The company says that happens so like, it's nothing BAD, it's just annoying :\
