I'm good with civil disobedience. I think that people have to stand up in courts as well. They have to request a trial by jury. Let their peers judge the law. Judges are on the payroll, so take their pay out of the equation.
You might not be able to beat the law all the time. You can weigh the system down so heavily, just the request alone for jury. Think about how pissed people would be and what a waist of time it is for them. It helps change laws.
