this stuff needs a decent testing.. that was aluminium... light and large.. and the dude didnt put much effort on bashing it on the tester leg too... use a steel hamme, 2 lbs+, and put full strenght when ya hammer it on da leg, that would be a decent test.. i mean.. use a sponge for that cheap test, it will achieve the same goal.. no hurt lol.. a sponge..

Good way to test kneepads is to jump slightly into the air and then land exactly on both knees. If you feel no pain - knee pads are desent ))
