The song deals with drug use, reflecting on frontman Gerard Way's past problems with alcohol. It is mainly based on a previous girlfriend of brother Mikey Way's, with lines such as "You won't fuck my friends" and "We're not working out", although this has been speculated. In the concept story, the two protagonists' relationship is broken and they split apart, leaving their home town.

its a film. the clips in the video is from a bloody film, why do you think its never shown on TV, cos its got clips of this film in it, sumin to to with copyright. this is one of their early vids and this film is famous, they really loved the film so decided to put clips of it in the video. it fits really.
