It's about a team of specialized witch hunters, but Robin herself is a witch who can mainly control the element of fire. She wears glasses to sharpen her powers and magical sight.

This was a great anime. The opening song was really neat, inspired by I presume X-Files stuff and Pop Goth stuff. And, despite being totally clothed, Robin was a super-hottie. Overall, I loved it despite not really liking "Monster as monster killer", a genre that only VHD otherwise could get away with by sheer cool.
