I have a 44 gallon turtle tank, It's completely full. But at the top where you can still view is a giant log hanging down so she can climb on :P you really should get a filtration system because that turtle will be swimming in her solid/liquid waste.
i don't have one... filtration is a huge problem with that tank. I can't keep it clean. How does an automatic syphon work? pretty much just like an underwater filter?

i have a syphon and a fluval fx5 canister filter so i will keep my tank clean

with a tank that big you should invest in an automatic syphon if you dont already have one, I bought one and its a total life saver
