I don't see how this gives you perfect proportions... It looks like you're just using experience and 'eye-balling' it. Perhaps teaching people how to use a grid before they can get to point were they can visualize it?

@ArcticFoxKit i say proportion is just up to practice. just keep getting criticism from people and figuring out the wrong parts and keeping at it. besides art is all practice nothing comes easy. if there was a certain WAY to get Perfect proportions then everyone would have perfect proportions. practice makes perfect.

Hes showing you a technique. you can use this technique with any goddamn pencil .
