Other countries are corrupt. But we (America) are the most corrupt government out there. We just hide it so well. If another country wants to help their own people, and its going against our profit system or military, we will go over there and destroy their government because it didn't help American companies.

(ex. Venezuela, Panama, back in the 70's/80's)

The lie makes us feel comfortable and content with the fantasy. The lie helps us sleep forever. So Americans have confronted The Terrorists, the brown skinned people, the Immigrants, the Natives, etc. But we have never had to confronted the truth. On the contrary, we have been shielded from it. until now!

@PremierLegend God speed. I only tell my friends. So far, many are still in the mode of what everyone is telling them. Like, my friend was arguing private college and all its opportunities. College in general is becoming a farm. I think everyone trusts the government. They supply you with your student loan, most college kids will think in high favor of that. Or farmers being subsidized. It's too entrenched.

America's government may be corrupt in some ways but I have to say that Saddam Hussein was a gangster that needed to go. He sat around in palaces while his people starved. The way he kept the people away from basic things like food, clothes, shelter was through terror like every other tyrant. Nothing comes from Tyrants, he had to go.
