Fantastic... and it drives home the suspicion that abandoning the song-based approach of "World Clique" for the more experimental style of the 2nd 2 albums was what really sabotaged Kirby's rightful claim to superstar status. Her wonderful voice and performance talent are just too good for 1 chord 'beats' or 'jams'.

Damn, it says so much about our society that so many of you assholes are acting like she's 'fat' here.....THIS is not FAT....True, she does weigh a bit more than she did back in 1990, but jesus christ, how many people can honestly say (if they are in their late 30's, early 40's - I don't know exactly how old The Lady is) that they HAVEN'T gained a little weight or aged a bit???? I co-wrote this song with him and he played all of the guitar parts in this song in the recording. he also played all the bass even though I hummed him the melody. . I was there -you were not . Also, he has been playing piano since he was 5 years old and since Towa plays no instrument -Dmitry played music on every song .

I apologize for what I said, ladykier. That was wrong of me. It was the booze talking. However, there was footage of a really early gig of yours doing this song at a club in NYC and he danced around and looked cool but I never saw him play one lick on the guitar he was holding. It was pre-recorded. If he played the guitars on the recording, why couldn't he do it live? I suppose though, I'm just jealous. I've been a funk guitarist for twenty years and I'd give my left nut to be your guitarist.

Not sure if this was posted by THE Lady Miss Kier, but I have to say it is so nice seeing her performing live. I had the pleasure of hearing her spin in Boston back in '06. It is so refreshing seeing her busting it out on stage. Thanks for posting the great clip, this is one of my favorite tracks off of World Clique! :)
