I heard they got stranded on the side of the highway overnight and had to eat a rabbit. Sammy couldn't catch one, so Freddy had to step in and show him how it's done. And that's why I like Freddy better than Sammy.
I've never hitched, but I've never waited long for help if I had car trouble in MT even if there wasn't much traffic. Hitchers are scary.
