The audience thought she was just joking or something. They didn't realize it wasn't until Tom kneeled down to see if she was okay as did Jonathan.
Jonathan mentioned in rehearsal a week after this that it scared him really bad.

her fainting was not funny even though the audience is laughing. they probably thought it was a joke or part of her excitement to help her get a better score but it definitely is not funny.
