"Le nouveau voisin" possède une très bonne animation (essentiellement au moment ou parlent les personnages) de superbes décors bien détaillés (ce qui apporte une plus grande crédibilité au film) des répliques très drôles et malgré une fin qui semble être rattrapé sur le fil mais qui reste drôle ce film est tout simplement un très bon film.
