I have a Chihuahua named Minnie Mouse and she is my world. Ive gone through many many losses in the past couple of years including my grandmother, and my Collie whom was my very best friend in the world. I went into severe depression and the only thing that made my life worth living is knowing that Minnie is always there to comfort me. although small they have big hearts. May your beloved chihuahua rest in peace. <3

I had a dog named Cheeco. My world, my best friend, my everything. He was there in good times and bad. I would talk to him. My brother would say he can't here me but i felt like he heard me and understood. He was taken by the pound and was killed. I found out and cried and cried and cried. I write this with tears rolling down my cheeks. My Cheeco will never be forgotton and neither will yours.

I have a CHIHUAHUA, i rescued him from the pound. Someone had thrown him away because he is a diabetic. I got him for my mom and well he turned out to be mine. He bit me in the begining then we had a long talk. Now i can do whatever to my lil guy and have had him for 5 years he was 7 when i got him. He is the most loving and sweet dog i have ever had. I am sorry for your loss and i know when Chichi goes i will be devasted. But ya know i love him and he has helped me heal thru a lot of crap.

Hey, I'm so sorry. I had to get my dog put to sleep when she was 15. Luckily it was on February 29, 1996. I couldn't handle that day coming around once a year. The day I finally let her go I called her name and she didn't know where I was and she could no long climb the steps in the garage. She had a pillow and blanket on the stoop and her very own heater. She lived outside when the night temperature was over 70 in her summer cottage lol. I still miss her. Love ya Cyndi.

i had a puppy [lab] who died at 2 moths and her father died of cancer at 13 three years after he had her with sage wich is still alive so im sad they died in the same month only three years apart... im still greiving over her father....

I'm crying as I write this. I'm so sorry for your loss. I just lost my little chi baby yesterday morning. He was 18 and we had ten beautiful years together. It hurts so badly, and it's so hard to grieve when most people don't understand how your sorrow can be so great for a pet. This hurts worse than any loss I've ever suffered, but I take comfort that others, like you, have experienced it and have wonderful memories to cherish.

They say "time heals", but it doesn't necessarily heal, it just makes the pain more bearable to live with.

I miss the little guy every day. I think about him all the time...all the time. And although I will care for other animals in the future (like my two little guinea pigs), no animal will ever replace Cheeco. But every animal will always have a special place in my heart.

May I ask how he passed? He looks so healthy in this vid, and 11 is relatively young for a chi. While Poppet was 18, I wish we could have had a hundred more lifetimes together. He develooped AIHA and passed away within 30 min. of being at the vet's and 2 days from the first symptom. I've since purchased two more chihuahuas, but I don't feel the connection with them that I did Poppet. They're just sweet pets whereas he was my best friend. Your vid has helped me grieve, and I thank you.

This video has me in tears!! I am SO VERY SORRY about your loss. Cheeco was SUCH a handsome chihuahua!! I agree with what you said in your description box. I also believe that dogs do go to heaven when they pass on. So,even though Cheeco isn't here physically,he'll always be with you in your heart and right at your side in spirit! Also,the fact that you took so many pictures of him is a wonderful thing.Pictures are the best memories and you will have those precious memories with you forever!!

Jazmella, thank you for this video. It touched my heart. I am so incredibly sorry for your loss. An animal can become us, and when they go, its so hard not to be with them; they give us a special love. This is a beautiful video. My bird died in March 2006, and he was my everything, and i still miss him. May Cheeko R.I.P forever. Thank you for this video.
