@SeattleLA i work for them and theyre total bullshit, they imply their so called core values on us but most of the management dont follow it. food not fresh, ive seen reused food made for catering, one time we had a catering and the stupid team leader forgot to order the food so he used the one that was about to be thrown out because it was a week and a half old. he just told me to add parsley and most of the food in the display case are really old they just keep resaucing it
