Yes that's a Cushman Eagle frame with 20 HP Vanguard motor. Those are very popular engines when they restore a Cushman, however you still see a whole lot of the original early Cushman motors and the later OMC motors. Try to watch on a computer with sound as the owner Don is describing the bikes.

That brown bike looks like a Briggs V-Twin Vanguard Engine.
