@maximums29 as i remember, i used 2 unlock some stuff by gaining points. I have alot since i played this game. I think its an unlockable at the museum. U start playin as Kong, then ur jack, tryin 2 get the other planes attention and breakin the lights so they dont c Kong. Then he pulls down and they take him with the ship again 2 the island.

you know, this is the only good MODERN dinosaur game. It may not seem like one, but it really is. and i now realize why i loved this game so much! because it had dinosaurs and it was fun! It reminded me of Dino Crisis 2 and that is still one of my favorite games of all time, and on top of there being dinosaurs, it's a movie game, which those usually suck. I respect the makers of this game, and hope that they make another kinda like this

I am rather surprised a lot of people enjoyed the game. I found it really linear and unappealing. Yes, I do realize that this was quite a while ago but I found the game really just dull. The only part that was fun was being Kong but like the reviewer said, the gameplay with Kong is very short compared to the other guy. I would have an easier time killing a dinosaur with a spear than with a gun. Although I am expected to see a lot of flame relating to this. I will stand my ground to my comment.

Probably the coolest thing that happened to me in this game was on the Bronto level. I was pinned up against the wall with only a rib spear and a venato was coming at me. So I chuck the rib, MISS, the raptor's open mouth has FILLED UP HALF THE SCREEN, when some big grey thing just randomly crashes on top of the raptor in front of me outta nowhere. I look up and it turns out a bronto saved me. I look down and the raptor is just a crumpled up mess in front of me. Reaction:WTF?!O-o

I love this game. The Jack parts are far superior to the Kong parts. I find it much more entertaining to engage in a nice man vs. giant bat fight than a "giant gorrilla owning giant bat in a brawl" sequence. I liked that you could only carry one gun, and that there wasn't very much ammo. It added to the sense of danger. And this game still scares the crap out of me, particularly in Brontosaurus. All those dinos running under the Bronto's legs to devour you, as you unload a shotgun clip at them.

This game is definitely one of the best games (out of like 45) that I own. This game was hard, exciting, and was just about blowing stuff up. This game actually even did a good job with noise as well, there were some parts in the game (because I was 10) where I didn't want to advance because I knew from the noises I was hearing that something like a dinosaur was gonna pop up and freak me out. Overall there was an awesome game but there's one level I had to cheat to finish ...

I could never get past that level (the one before the level where you had to distract the V-Rex) where there were two raptors and Haas was confronted by a raptor. I just could never get past that bit, I would kill everything but has wouldn't kill the raptor when I gave him my gun and everything. If anyone ever got past this level can you reply to this and tell me how? Thanks, Overall great game and I'd say 9/10.
