He isn't an evil spiderman, although in the animated series he could webswing. Venom is an alien symbiote which absorbs the powers of it's host. Since spiderman couldn't handle it and eddie wore it after him, eddie gained similar abilities to spiderman's while wearing the suit. So he isn't an evil spiderman.

First you have to chase him and stay near him alway because he cannot attack like electro. In the constuction building face two. DO NOT GIVEE HIME CHANGE TO ATTACK. And if he attack dodge it. IT only take me like two to three minute to finish the fight. the hard fight is with him and venom.But just reply me if you need help.

It's like once he becomes Venom, his actions are simply based on mixed emotions, and bestial instincts; his need to savagely feed on humans, for one thing, is proof of that, you see what I mean? This level was both frustrating and exciting the first time I attempted it! Electro's smack-talk kinda pisses you off, but also entices you to keep up, so you can shut him up, personally!

Plus, of all of Spidey's rogues that've been recreated for USM, Electro's look was so fitting and awesome! And this guy's voice really fits his attitude from the comics ^^
