when your trying to see how fast it can go when your at like 64 or so let the handlebars go with the direction the propeller is turning you get less res. and the boat with go faster i did it on my 05 honda r-12x and got it to 73

honda may not out perform a rxp as far as top speed is concerned....but it will for sure out last and retain its value over the rxp and i would rather have that

@rambo141s rxp's do last long and cheap to fix but honda since they dont make honda jetskis anymore now it hard to find parts for them and when you find a part it is very expensive and they lose their value after about 90hr's and their worthless and not worth fixing or buying lol.

honda's r12x will not beat a seadoo rxp 255.....with mods i barely out run rxp 215's....simply facts people. more hp....i even have the impeller upgrade on my honda.

im 100% a honda guy. atv dirtbike jetski crotch rocket in all but i have a 2007 r12x WITH MACSBOOST STAGE 2 KIT and it still will NOT out run a stock 2008 rxp. i have raced several times head to head and the rxp will pull my honda by one length. doesnt matter from a dead stop or a 40mph roll. im running 215hp with my macsboost kit and seadoos come 255hp stock...what do you think was gonna happen?

@julian22arreola lol rxp's rock dude i kick this on guy that had the best mods for his honda which r not as great mad that you can get for rxp/rxp-x but mine was stock and kicked his ass lol but now since i blowed my motor up from racing i put a rxp-x motor in it with riva racing stage 3 on it with highest and best supercharger out their for this and now running 410hp and kick these people with rxp-x jetski's that spent $14,000 and i spent 9,000 new lol they were surprised.they had stage 2 lol

My friend has this same ski and I have a Rxp and i kill him every weekend when we race its not even close, theres no way this ski is an "rxp killer"

@newbus1 um i got a yamaha fx sho and only have to service it once a year and all thats involved is oil, get over ur fuckn honda, y do u think theres way more seadoos and yammys on the water and hondas harldy hav any views on youtube compared to any other manufacturer of jetski, cos they rnt as gud, only thing theyre better at is fuel consumption, thats it!!

@newbus1 Dude I Have a seadoo RXT 260 IS and just bought a Yamaha FZR 2 weeks ago. I have friends who have both as well and never had any problems with them. Seadoo and Yamaha cant be beat. They are the best 2 pwc brands on the market and have been for a very long time. Even tho Kawasaki have started to fall behind in the race even they are better than Honda. GEt over your Honda!

my old man has a 215hp rxp 08 model, i just bought a r12x 09 model and there both pretty similar in speed id say the honda would probly just beat it, only because its smaller and lighter there both great jet skis so if you think sea doo is shit then your a fool if you think honda is shit then your a fool again!!
