@2003fordmustang281 Got that right, I'd be in a hole in the ground if it wasn't for my wife. God gave me a good hearted woman for this good timin' man!
i've never heard anything by waylon that i haven't loved, i still mourn for him, nobody can take his place. i respected him so much. him and jessie were so in love. i'll never forget you waylon.
waylon n rest of the crew made country music worth listening to.im sure all the old country singers are rolling over in their graves over this shit they call country music today!
you can't find this type of outlaw music anymore...seen waylon in concert a few times and been listing to his music for 40 yrs..he was by far the best there ever was...when GOD took him he took the best!!
Who in the hell are you even talking about, never heard of any of them. I guess I live in my own world, gave up on listening to the radio many years ago (never mind how many). Waylon is gone, Johnny Cash is gone. we have to live with what they left us. I love and miss you hoss and Johnny,
Ya'll are right. This crap they put out today ain't worth stink. Waylon was the man. He told it like it was and if people didn't like it, Tuff. Damn shame to have to lose him.
May he rest in Country Heaven. These pussies today will never make the grade.
Outlaw till the end! Waylon walked the walk, and damn sure talked the talk! To much political correctness in country music today. What's played is an insult to the old masters. Now and days its what the MUSIC COMPANY wants, and nothing but MONEY driven. I have never known a dollar bill to have heart and soul. See, there is a song right there!
what the hell is wrong with 6 people...dont they know true outlaw music when they hear it....no one did it better...i miss waylon , need more of todays music to be like his....rest in peace waylon
can i just say it na fuk it im gona just say it waylon the greatest god i wish i had the pleasure of seeing him live but im also grateful for all the music hes left us rip bro
This is real country. Almost nothing you hear today on country radio would stand a chance against Waylon. Waylon Jennings is one of the few country singers that God would listen to. Waylon, Hank Sr. and Johnny Cash are all rolling in their graves because of how country has become these days. I wish God could give us back Hank Williams Sr., Waylon Jennings, and Johnny Cash :)
@ZackHodgson taylor swift who??? tell me about it. no country today. waylon opened the door, but these "kids" are too ignorant and stupid to walk thru it. add me if you want to. rock on waylon!!!
The FIRST time I heard this song came, literally, within days of a 'kickin' down doors' and narrowly [somehow] ''avoiding jailtime'' episode in my life...
"Well you still want more and you've done it all...
You're kickin' doors and climbin' walls-
you've gone far enough......
you need to straighten up- you need to straighten up- straighten up"
I went out the next day, bought- and proceeded to WEAR that album OUT!!!!!
No one had or ever will have a voice like Waylon. The man is maybe the best vocalist ever in country music, plus he was damn fine picker, and hell of a writer. That's why he's my favorite.
@rick1050video Amen! Its not just in 'country' anymore America in general has a shortage of real me. No such thing as more of a man or better music than good ole Waylon. About the only real man and real country singer left is Jamey Johnson.
I could listen to this man every day - why is it that the good ones always have to go first - but his music lives on forever - greetings from South Africa
3 DUMBASS PEOPLE LEARNED WHO WOULDN'T KNOW GOOD MUSIC IF IT WAS SHOVED DOWN THEIR THROAT LEARNED HOW TO PRESS THE THUMBS DOWN BUTTON I GUESS. HOPE THEY DON'T COME BACK
@overnutts im only 17 and i feel like that...some people of my generation arnt cooked in the head...just most people...i was born country and countrys what i love (yes i just quoted alabama)
Love this song, one of my favorite of his. It's a lot like his song Clyde but different as well. I also love how Willie Nelson pronounces his name Whale-On gotta love those guys
Waylon Jennings, Billy Joe Shaver, David Allan Coe, and the rest of the outlaws are the reason I decided to sing and write songs for a living. They sang about life and all its troubles and about the good times. I may never fill their shues but I will always try and sing their songs once in a while. They made me reolise my dream at the age of 15 and I've been writing and performing ever since.
I remember Johnny Cash got my interest in country music. Waylon sealed the deal. Unfortunately, I turned my back on country in the 90's, but a few months ago, I heard Waylon again, and he brought me back home. You guys are right, there will never be the real "Outlaws" of country again. Just be damn glad you were part of it and try to be tolerant of the new stuff. Everything changes my friends. But the heart remains strong.
Look at that pic. This is when country singers were badasses. What we got now? People like 4'7' Kenny Chesney and that pretty boy Trent Tomlinson. I don't know what those girly men are singing either, but it isn't country music. THIS is country music.
@rick1050video Yeah I love that story Waylon used to tell, when they were up in NYC and someone yelled something. And Waylon said something to the effect " I'm Waylon Jennings, were from Nashville TN and we're here to play country music for you, We hope you like it, but if you don't you best keep your mouth shut cause we will kick your ass...."
@rick1050video Amen! Its not just in 'country' anymore America in general has a shortage of real me. No such thing as more of a man or better music than good ole Waylon. About the only real man and real country singer left is Jamey Johnson.

i agree 100% with ya. i like listening to legends like waylon and to see people write crap makes everybody mad. but they get to hide behind a computer. instead of face people with their negativity. god bless.
It's " A man called Hoss" And it was recorded in 1986 if I am not mistaken ... So Bruh, If you are 32 you have been listening to it since you were 9 ... Heh!
waylon is the man and will never be duplicated he is a legend that will never be replaced. Them yuppies in nashville will never bring out someone that is as good as hoss.
im 32 now and loved this song since i was like 4 years old and luv it still go figure huh and i like rock n roll n rap but this is my favortie of all time
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
i like to play this song when im running hard down the high way in my truck. ive had my truck up to 85 90 mph and some ass in a 4 wheeler want so slow me up. i want to run that no good SOB off the f%$#@# road
This is my favorit song. It said alot about my life. I lelf my wife to get out with the boys and have some rough and roudy days and she save me just in time!
thank you for this, I could say this is one of my favorites, but everything Waylon did is my favorite, it is great to see people bring his stuff to utube, I miss him, so this is great, thank you everybody for posting Waylon's music, he was the best.
Wow, this was posted just in time. This song just popped into my head last night and I couldn't remember the rest of it. The only part I could think of was the part where he says rough and rowdy days, and I couldn't think of how the rest of it went. Anyway, I love that song. Thank ya!

thats the most uncomplimentary comment Ive read
r u trying to piss off fans of God and Waylon?
or just showing your dense pathetic stupidity?

i agree 100% with ya. i like listening to legends like waylon and to see people write crap makes everybody mad. but they get to hide behind a computer. instead of face people with their negativity. god bless.

It's " A man called Hoss" And it was recorded in 1986 if I am not mistaken ... So Bruh, If you are 32 you have been listening to it since you were 9 ... Heh!

Wow, this was posted just in time. This song just popped into my head last night and I couldn't remember the rest of it. The only part I could think of was the part where he says rough and rowdy days, and I couldn't think of how the rest of it went. Anyway, I love that song. Thank ya!
