ha N64 graphics have you played this game its got better graphics than nearly all the games out and its alot better then all the CODS , gears of wars, halo and the rest and thousands still play this game but because of halo 3 and gears alot of saddos left and now their shutting the server down and those people that left are moaning becuase of it its becuase of them their shutting it down not enough people are buying the game. and if u played it online u would know it deserves to stay online.

Lol. Seriously though, this game actually looks quite interesting. Its really tactical, and it seems like it would be worth while playing. I myself am not a fan of robot games, but this does look interesting. I am sorry for those that love playing it online having to lose that mode of play. The game will basically become useless if that happens.

If speed is your main gripe with this game then I suggest Armored Core 4, if you don't already have it. It's made by the same company (From Software) and it's basicly ChromeHounds at 100+ KPH.

the hounds depend on the class and weapons unlike little 8 year olds putting every weapon they have on one hound lol the hound wouldnt go anywhere cause of weight and cause a hound can only use 4 weapons so far ive seen!

I also forgot about things like targeting (not for missiles), aircraft (I think), specific amounts of ammo, seeing the specific places of damage on other's mechs w/ targeting, MFB's, stomping on vehicles by just walking over them, losing a leg and shuffling on, and LASERS!!

yea but the game is set in the year 2006... no lasers. this isnt supposed to be a mechassault or mechwarrior game. its much more modern-day weaponry (even tho we dont have HOUNDS)

this game lacks a TON of features when compared to MechWarrior. Armor, reticle, friend or foe, zoom, specific ammo, jump jets, missile lock, etc. I guess new games are needed, but I was dissapointed (no xbox live, and I'd bet that makes worth your while)

Reticle It has a great system where you click in the right thumbstick.

Friend or foe Dude, that's what color schemes are for, and that's one thing that differentiates this mech game from the others

Missile lock Keeps the damn game from being easy. It's pretty much the same thing as FPS' with autoaim if you have missile lock. Works in a single player game.

Armor- customability down to the 1/10th of a ton and type

Reticle- it isn't just a neat little dot and circle on your screen, which would be nice

Fof- it gets hard to tell when its night (like I said, I haven't played online, with team colors and such)

Zoom- takes longer and you have to use it just to get your reticle on full screen

Jump jets- I guess I didn't know about that

Missle lock can be jammed with various pieces of equipment
