@RRayMusician Actually they are considering producing more music. Maybe they can dumb it down for you. Once again, having a longer, live performance is not a reason not to sign someone. Presumably you'd be in favour of all drum and guitar solos and ad libs being eradicated from the world of music as well. As for your comment about having "weird structure" try some Philip Glass sometime. This is just a couple people playing piano. And weaving their work together very effectively.

So we have millions of people watching talent shows thinking that their opinions actually mean anything. The best you could come up with, in your profound opinion was "weird structure" and solos are "way too long" And that is "probably" why they haven't been signed. a few years ago, i watched as they performed this song for the first time at a show at LU. as they sat down blake told how he had been inspired to write the song, and asked morgan, basically his best friend, to learn it so they could perform it for the coffeehouse.

he then told her it was about her and asked her to be his girlfriend. there was not a dry eye in the house. they're engaged now.

they had a show last week in canton, mi.  they are both really fantastic people, and great friends.
