According to IMDB the films runs for 82 minutes. Another consideration is that historically film on UK television ran at 25 fps: one frame per second faster than the cinema speed.

Wikipedia said 100 minutes
Amazon and Blockbuster both state it is 85 minutes. Most British comedy films from that period seem to run about 90 mins.
They probably cut some scenes out
Grandstand was coming after Mouse on the Moon. The snooker was from Sheffield so it had to be in April.
