I am digging it, I am currently building a supercharged shovel with the ole horizontal mounted Magna shaft driven, keeping it old school took charger off to get to the track as I am just getting started. need some assistance with pully bracket supports and tuning. I love your bike are you near NC, I live 20mi from the rock. I wish you the best of luck and Gods Speed hope to see you at the Rock in two weeks WhaHoo WFFW
@ur124q the point you're arguing is entirely different than mine, they may have worked in the PAST, but the few guys who are chancing to run them now aren't making passes. I've only seen a blower bike at 2 of the events we run, though we run a limited schedule. both events, it never passed the 60 foot mark. I'm not saying it cant work, if you look at my original post, I wish the guys luck, I like the idea. its good to push the envelope, I'm simply saying that it needs work.
@ur124q never seen pete hill race, havent been in it that long, Never even heard of Ray Price riding one, he has a team, actually his rider, joey sternatti is one of the best, but they don't run a blower bike. maybe this was old stuff you're referring to?
I like the idea, still have yet to see one make it down the track full power. We run a conventional nitro harley, lifted a head at bristol, there was a blown one there,itd make it to the tree and cut off. if you pay attention to this video, everytime he whacks the throttle it puts a cylinder out, watch the fuel spray from the exhaust. its an awesome idea, just has a long way to go.good luck guys

The driver of the bike should be more carefull by the way. This was NOT a good example of how to do it safely.
No safety cord on his arm or someone else holding it during when the bike was runing,
No wedge in front of the wheel when staring up,
No safety pin in the throttle when pushing back,
No satety clothing when doing the burnout,
No helmet when doing the burnout.
Please do better next time.

In Europe several Nitro V-twins are used.
Holland, Roel Koedam is riding the Zodiac blown bike,
Norway, Rolfstad racing is running 2 bikes,
Finland, Jaska Salakari is running 2 bikes.
Sweden, Per Bengston is running a parallel twin.
They are not easy to control but when they run they go very fast.
