It's a ridiculous notion that you're worthless after you turn 30. After all, with age comes experience and wisdom, which is highly evident in Joe Strummer's case.

I was just getting at is that by around 50 a lot of rock (punk included) musicians get kind of lazy on stage and unenergetic. I'm not gonna name names or nothing but Strummer definately had a lot of energy and ambition on stage. Also, I was getting at his age because it seems as most people get older they lose a lot of important views they had in youth. Strummer still sang those Clash tunes cos they were relevant and he meant them. But you gotta a lot of good points too.
