Unfortunately, it seems that some people don't know that the original is from The Knife. When you search for lyrics on Google, Jose Gonzalez is the first artist to pop up on the results. His cover, in my opinion, was lackluster compared to The Knife's original. The Knife's song is utterly amazing, the only person who did it justice is Ellie Goulding. But still nothing compares to the original. :)

When I searched for the meaning of the song, someone shared that they thought this was anti-religion. "To call for hands of above to lean on wouldn't be good enough for me" I really don't think it is. I think she just didn't want God or some higher power to dictate her future/to rely on someone or something to find love FOR her, she wanted to find it all on her lonesome. I'm babbling and probably not making much sense. Anywho, beautiful awesome song.
