  • LMAO @ TWO YEARS WHAT ELSE ARE WE TO EXPECT? LOL ITS A JOKE .. THIS IS RIDICULOUS I CAN IMAGINE HOW GREATLY HE WAS TREATED IN PRISON OF COURSE, I TELL U HIS CHILD WILL END UP SUFFERING DUE TO HIS ACTIONS WATCH N SEE

  • Obama isn't going to do shit. He's part of the establishment. There will come a time when everyone won't have anything left to lose and ALL the cops, judges and lawyers will be lined up and shot. Maybe not today, maybe not even in 10 years but there will come a day. Personally I can't wait.

  • @damageinc40 never happen, but let me tell you what will...Tomorrow..somewhere in this country...some little fuck up like the the dead dumbshit this cop shot,is gonna fuck up just like the the little dead criminal, and you know what...hes gonna get beat down..or maybe shot..&im gonna piss my pants from laughing about it so hard...comply or die scumbags...the third option is stand up for yourself, which, lets face it,aint gonna happen.instead, theyll squirm,or pull away&then wham..Cowardly Scumbags:d

  • @damageinc40 this is how whites show there white power movement using the courts

nazis see things in there own way,,,,jews see the hate an racism in the past;;; blacks see the racism an hate today

obama where the fuck are you?

  • @damageinc40 never happen...good news tho is that somewhere right now,a cop is killin another one...and that makes me sleep like a kitten next to her momma.Comply or die scumbags.Cuz the cops own your ass Cuzzz...

  • Funny how "cop-killers" get life in prison but "citizen-killers" get less than 1 year.

First of all 'cop-killers' are just acting in self defense 90% of the time. These citizen-killers ALWAYS shoot an unarmed man in the back. Our Global Masters know damn well they have to make cop-killing a serious offense otherwise everyone would just kill them and rid the world of the Pig Cancer already.

But killing a citizen is no big deal, citizens are just human livestock for The Farm.

  • he's just a chicken

  • wonder how long he'll last if he doesn't get special treatment.

  • That poor little girl...No father now,and thats really all that matters now.....shit isn't going to change because of one death....Oh,and one more thought, way to go by fueling the racist fire IDIOTS!!

  • Johannes Mehserle's family needs to be butchered and slaughtered.

  • ya know what we have a kid that's dead, a guy thats in jail forever and two maybe more, broken families....Any way you put this, it's a bad situation.

  • was he finger fucked like every body eals no was made to spred his ch,and lifed his nut,s no he was given a privet cell !

  • they should put him in general population and see what happens he wouldnt last an hour

  • WE ARE ALL GODS AT LEAST SOME OF US NOT U SUCKAS

  • @demerc You are obviously an idiot. Sorry to hear it. You want to see police murder, look up Fong Lee, or a dozen others. Oscar Grant was a violent career criminal who assaulted 2 cops and resisted arrest. I do not condone his death, I geel Mehserle deserves prison. But this was an accident, not murder. I would never defend the cop, only the truth. Everything I have said is 100% verifiable fact.

  • the police are devils

  • @producer7050 By and large I agree with you. They are, however, a necessary evil. Without enforcers of law you have chaos. Look at Somalia for example. If you would rather live in that kind of society, by all means, go ahead.

  • @producer7050 Hmmmm. As I am both a student of law and an ordained minister, I would dare say I know more about both law and religion than you do. Calling someone who has a differing point of view "evil" proves you know nothing of evil, or God.

  • @ssn708 IF you know so much did you know that JESUS IS BLACK what you studied is false you have been tricked by the devil

  • @producer7050 Actually, Jesus was not Black. History proves he would look more of what modern day middle eastern persons would look like. He was not Black, he was not White. Both Black and White histories are wrong and self serving.

  • Who knows what he looked like, maybe he did look black, there are plenty of black palestinians and mulatto phenotype people from that area of the world, maybe he looked white, facial features run the gamut there, but you are probably right, odds would say that he had a look which was "middle eastern".

  • @demerc most importantly, who cares!

  • @demerc jesus was a person of color how do you think he feels about the cops

  • @producer7050 thats a complex question for another place bro. but long and short, most of these pigs, who the vast majority, call themselves christians, wouldn't know what being a christian was if christ was standing in front of them. but then again, that goes for most of white america, who call themselves christians.

  • @demerc but that's a whole nother discussion, bottom line is the white american way of living, and american in general is so far out of equilibrium,so cops can't help but be, as the police force on the whole is a product of white american culture and thinking. the only hope for a decent fair policing force is having more black and other groups joining the force. but i'm not hopeful that that is the answer either, cause i've seen plenty black cops who swallowed the kool-aid.

  • @demerc Making this a race issue is really played out. Race had nothing to do with this, it was an accident. If a White kid assaulted 2 cops and resisted arrest, they would have tried to tase him as well, with likely the same results since Mehserle was an idiot. The only thing that would be different is that you never would have heard about it, as you hear about almost no similar cases involving Whites, yet it happens quite often.

  • @ssn708 This particular case, might not have been a race issue, no, and i wasn't insinuating that it was. I don't personally believe in race, only culture. There is a "white" culture and it affects law enforcement and the behavior of a lot of 'white" officers. It is a problem, but frankly, that's a whole nother complex issue, which just popped up because of producer7050's comment.

  • How dare all U racist be the demonic entities that U all are ? Especially in the land of the free ? Home of the brave anonymous bigots, who hate for no reason @ all except for the fact the ET's have not took U all to the sun & droped yall there ? Where yall can have a conversation with URself about how UR asses are chapped or how UR asses burn like fire ? How dare U racist be nothing but the demons in the flesh that Yall are ? Wait, wait, Once a demon always a demon right ? Y "all R born evil

  • you know what they do to cops that shoot black people in jail

  • @toddyfex thats okay...theres lots more blacks on the outside for us other cops to take revenge out on for anything you black criminal scumbags do to our fellow officer...paybacks a bitch...bitch

  • ok, if you are a law student i understand how semantics are important. if you think that they are serving society by fining us, harassing us, unconsciously putting people into the system over petty violations, shooting us, arresting us for silly infractions, etc. you are naive, are going to law school so you can drive a mercedes down the road and just be part of the problem. these sorts of scenarios must be met with indignance, not with excuses

  • @demerc You lack basic common sense. I am going into the area of civil rights, not exactly an area of law that makes money. Police in general are thugs and not very bright, just like the city guards hundreds of years ago, just like the enforcers throughout history. This is nothing new. If you think the world would be better without police, you are simply an idiot.

  • @ssn708 what are you talking about dude? what really is your point? if that is how you feel why are you going around defending these "thugs" and making excuses for them? we can always strive for more balance instead of just putting up with the same old crap, just because it seems difficult to escape. a man is dead and instead of lashing out at the thuggish mentalities that killed him, you take the simple route by pointing out the blatantly fucking obvious? some civil right attorney you'll make.

  • @demerc My point is truth. I never defended the cop, only truth. I have always said Grant did not deserve to die and Mehserle deserves prison. But this was an accident, not a murder, and too many lies are being spread when the truth is so very easy to find. As someone who values civil rights, I have to call bullshit on the liars less they detract from the true murderous cops out there. I have the truth, the facts, and the evidence proving what I say, and all anyone else has is hatred and fear.

  • @ssn708 Hooray for you for saying grant did not deserved to die. MY POINT, is that if you only equate a bad cop or disfunctional police behavior to ones that murder us, clearly you are missing a lot! All of these people spewing unobjective across the board hatred will at some point come into the truth, if they are sincere. There is more hope for them than for the sheeples who think this is inevitably part of the good and bad of cops duties. You're energies would be much more well spent....

  • @demerc Focusing on the toxic mentalities that pervade law enforcement which are continuously infringing on our freedom and civil liberties. Wake the status quo up. That a bad cop is only one who murders is a straw man's argument, meant to distract people from the more deeply ingrained maladies, which will never change on their own but only by everyone realizing the the toxic role they too play in supporting this fucked up modern way of living that has become the norm.

  • @demerc BTW, I am a law student studying to become an attorney for just that. I am a staunch supporter of freekeene and the ridleyreport, you should look them up here on the tube. I intend to fight the exact mentality you describe, which is also why I have to call BS when I see things being called something they are not, as with the Grant case. By all accounts, Mehserle was actually too much of a pacifist to be an officer, his training officer said as much long before the shooting.

  • @ssn708 Mehserle being too much of a pacifist to be an officer is a leap of faith I'm not necessarily willing to take, but fine, I accept from a legal standpoint he didn't intend to kill Grant. If it's true before god or not is another story but that's here nor there. That was never even the real issue for me but I respect your position. I've just noticed that all the argument's you seem to pick were defending such issues and it seemed either misguided or devious for a sincere person.

  • @demerc judging from the way you talk, i trust your judgement, you clearly have a lot going for you, so then that takes deviousness out of the equation and i have to stick with my original observation that you'd be better waking up the zombies who think it's ok that our law enforcement and legal system is an autonomous socialistic economy propped up on a culture of unconscious toxicity. peace friend.

  • @demerc No, I am not missing a thing. There is a huge difference between an accident, which this was, and murder. Yes, the end result is the same, but the intention is what we judge and base punishment upon. Someone talking on a cell phone misses a stop sign and runs over a child. That person did not murder the child. As the father I would want revenge, justice would be moot. As a society, we judge the intention more than the outcome, which is justice..........

  • you should tell everyone your name so when you become a lawyer, at 40 some years old no less, anyone with basic common sense, doesn't hire you, because this is clearly the wrong line of work for someone who goes into the courtroom already defeated. keep being a slave pal, if that's how you deal with the ugly world around you, but don't try and keep the rest of us in shackles.

  • stop giving tasers or guns or any weapons to people who are not intelligent enough to use them correctly. cops are way too quick with thier tasers now a days...what ever happened to restraining individuals, not jus shocking tha shit out of them until they fall..ive seen videos of old men and ladies to children being tased...its sick and its sad. Police are usually not very bright people, and many times have serious ego issues...they shouldn't have weapons

  • @ThaGodWeCreate What ever happened to NOT resisting arrest and simply complying with the officer arresting you? I agree most police lack intelligence, so don't make them react to you!

  • @ThaGodWeCreate What ever happened to NOT resisting arrest and simply complying with the officer arresting you? I agree most police lack intelligence, so don't make them react to you!

  • @ssn708 they had that man down on the ground no fight was being made when they had one man holding him and onether with his knee on his head . That was an execution shot by that fucking cop and I hope he rots

  • @Megan2Protoman Obviously he was fighting, or they would have been able to cuff him. BTW, he had already assaulted 2 officers, Pirone and Domenici, as did the friends to his left. That is why they were the only two "under arrest", because they assaulted officers. Another was cuffed but not under arrest, another was not cuffed. The cop had a knee on his neck because Grant kept trying to roll over while fighting against being cuffed. That was an accident, it was proven 100% he intended to tase.

  • @ssn708 Have you even seen the videos of where and how he was shot. If they fought while standing up he obviously got him on the ground in the video and there was no reason for it to escalate to shooting someone. Why does noone seem to care that hey this cop just EXECUTED SOMEONE. who the fuck gave him that right

  • @Megan2Protoman I dare say I've seen many more of the videos than you have. He didn't EXECUTE him. He intended to pull his taser and that's obvious to anyone with training. Was this a crime? Absolutely 100% YES, CRIMINALLY NEGLIGENT HOMICIDE. He did something UNFORGIVABLY STUPID! Murder? Execution? Not even close. Look up "video proof that mehserle intended to tase Grant", the video, slowed, shows very clearly why he could NOT have thought he was firing a gun. Watch & get back 2 me with thoughts

  • @ssn708 its not obvious to anyone with training, because guns and tasers are on opposite sides, he didnt yell taser like he is supposed to and got owned on cross examination. i still dont see why your defending this guy.

  • @adman12354 BART had NO policy on taser placement, different officers rigged their belts differently, and he received his belt mid-shit, already configured, from another officer. And yes, he DID yell that he was tasing him, heard on the tape played in court, even testified to by Grant's own friends. I am not defending MEHSERLE, AT ALL. I am defending the TRUTH and the FACT that this was an accident, not murder. I absolutely believe he deserves prison, for criminally negligent homicide not murder

  • @ssn708 Murder is murder, period. A Glock 9mm weighs in at around 1.87 pounds with a full magazine. A Taser weighs around .43 pounds. He should get life in prison and never see the light of day again. Stupid people like him should not be allowed to openly roam the populous. Let alone become a law enforcement officer.

  • @ssn708 what ever happened to standing up for your freedoms. resisting fucking arrest? who wouldn't resist an illegal arrest. we pay these faggots salaries. i don't have to respect them. you sheep really are delusional about the proper role of a police force. it's depressing. wake the fuck up.

  • @demerc An illegal arrest? There's no such thing as an illegal arrest made by police. There is justified and unjustified, this was a justified arrest. Grant assaulted someone on the train, and he assaulted both officers Domenici and Pirone. This is why Grant and the person to his left were the ONLY ones actually "under arrest", they are the only ones that assaulted cops! Fine, don't respect them, and see what happens when they don't respect you in return. I am awake, you are blind.

  • @ssn708 i was mainly commenting at your insinuation that regardless of the scenario of an arrest even if it is an "unjust" one as you say, a person should just sit back and not resist. on the surface, yes, it is obvious, a smart person who's premeditated enough to foresee the the potential consequences of resisting, in most cases is not going to resist.

  • @demerc A person should not resist. Grant did. When you do that, bad things can a happen. They don't serve "us", they serve society as a whole. When they are making an arrest, they do not work for or "serve" the person getting arrested, they serve the society that demands lawbreakers be arrested. Sheep like myself? You prove your ignorance. I am a strong advocate of citizens over police, and in fact I am in law school to defend our civil rights. That also means I have to call BS when I see it.

  • THE POLICE ARE DEVILS

  • @ssn708 i reject however that we have let police grow into a role where we tolerate unjust arrests, fining, policing, an over extension of their function, and than defend this maniacal role that they've come to fill, by justifying their misbehavior because a person didn't know how to "behave" around them. they serve us, not the other way around. i know exactly how to act around pigs so that i don't get my ass beat and generally avoid confrontation.

  • and let me repeat that the POlice have become this 6 headed beast because of sheep like yourself. you are part of the problem. how dare anyone make excuses for these goddamn sons of bitches after they shoot a man in the back over some petty disturbance. anything other than condemnation is fucking sickening.

  • ACAB

  • Involuntary manslaugter=BULLSHIT

  • @fumfers1 Everyone is welcome to their opinion, of course. The facts, the evidence, the witnesses, the testimony, the experts, the judge, and the jury all disagree. This was unintentional manslaughter.

  • @fumfers1 Because a cop would totally murder someone because they were black in front of a BART train full of people....yea, makes total sense.

  • Well, you're a free man now!

I'm sorry you had to go through all that bullshit.

    Now get on with yourlie!

  • Im in shock that this guy got two years on this. I do feel for some African Americans in parts of this country, and I have been to a few places. Whites do seem to have better in many cases, and there definitely seems to be allot of hypocrisy, as im hearing when it comes to very bad behavior. I see whites do all kinds of underhanded things, and when it comes to events and parties, when I was in college, they were some of the craziest uninhibited people I have ever seen. Tragic this would seem.

  • @robinhoodtn1 god you're a complete fucking asshole! I hate pricks like you because you have a need to turn everything around. you know what I donr even care anymore so have a nice day. practice safe sex and go fuck yourself.

  • @robinhoodtn1 this is not about some serial killer it is about a guy who fucked up big time! he grabbed his gun instead of his taser to deal with a subject who was resisting arrest. did the douche deserve to be killed? no. did he deserve to be tasered? possibly. does this cop deserve to go to jail? yes absolutely. all I'm saying is that it really sucks to be a former cop in prison. because your choices are fight every day and end up dead or stare at the walls of your cell til parole.

  • @flirtyguy34 LOL you must be one stupid fool to really believe what that cop had to say about getting a gun instead of his taser. And even if you still believe that he did get the wrong item, let's admit it, he f**ked up. He shot someone instead of tasering someone, and he needs to be behind bars as a result of that. Cops are treated just like any other person, it's called Rule of Law. Learn that mate.

  • @flirtyguy34 yea, but he was already in hand cuffs man, isn't that enough, this shit shouldn't have happened if he was in handcuffs face down no longer struggling, what reason did he have to still reach for a taser or the gun to begin with after the fact

  • @DaMostEnigmatic No, Oscar Grant was most assuredly NOT in handcuffs. Had he simply allowed himself to be handcuffed instead of struggling and putting a hand under his body, this would not have happened. But no, Grant was NOT handcuffed.

  • @robinhoodtn1 typical retard asshole response. "insane killer cops" is that like insane clown posse? where do fucktards like you come up with this shit? do you have any idea how hard a job the cops in oakland have it? they have to deal with assholes like you who think all cops are shit and have to put up with your bullshit! and you wonder why some go around the bend? and of course you think the city should be bankrupted by the family. but what happens when your punk ass is dialing 911? what then

  • I dont think anyone realizes just how bad going to jail is for a former cop. they can go general population in which case they will most likely get killed by the other inmates. or they can go into protective custody which is basically solitary confinement. I'm not saying that this guy doesn't deserve to suffer he fucked up, BAD! but being a former cop in prison is much worse than for the average inmate. they at least have options. former cops have none.

  • What a nightmare, for Victim and Police Officer,New Years Day they should have been home having a holiday dinner with their families and watching a football game.

  • american government = biggest piece of Shit in the world

  • @TheArea4 you are a complete asshole! have a nice tall cup of shut the fuck up! you should practice safe sex and go fuck yourself!

  • thats the cop..really he looks like he's 18. he's fucking stupid. "i forgot where my taser was" fuck you and burn for murder asshole

  • ssn708 - This is for media they arrested him , and he will be serving 3 years and be released after 1.5 years , and he will be on the streets again in some other city.

    I know how system functions.

He will have the best cell in prison with cable TV and probably better food.

  • @aviomaster You are simply wrong. He has not been sentenced yet, and he faces 3-14. Maybe he will get three, neither of us would know that. He may well get the maximum in an attempt to keep people from rioting, and that would be a grave miscarriage of justice.

  • i do not believe this . This is bullshit ... Goverment controlled media tells you bullshit.

Mesehlrly was given a raise and moved to another police station.

  • @aviomaster Wow, you call bullshit and yet you say this? Mehserle was never moved, he was convicted of involuntary manslaughter and is now awaiting sentencing of 3-14 years.

  • So, Mehserle decided rather than cuff Grant (which takes 5 seconds with a compliant suspect) that he would simply wrestle with Grant for 30 seconds for absolutely no reason. Then, Mehserle stood up to give everyone a real good view, intentionally fired a .40 cal downward against a hard surface, ignoring the risk of ricochet possibly killing himself or other officers. He executed someone for absolutely no reason. Then he faked an expression of shock and horror. Yep, that makes total sense.

  • @ssn708, for someone that claims to hate cops, why are you say adamant about protecting Mesherle?

  • @joelcrouch I've never "protected" Mehserle. I am protecting the truth against the ignorant and the liars out there spreading complete BS. I have said dozens of times that what Mehserle did was inexcusable, it was criminally negligent and he deserves jail time. I wont jump in with all of the morons who want to call this some sort of intentional execution or racial killing. I wont ignore the facts for my own prejudice and ignorance. Go ahead and do that if you like, I'll stick with proven facts.

  • And AGAIN, I feel I need to say Grant did not deserve to die, Mehserle deserves prison time. Absolutely I feel this. But people need to choose their martyrs a little better. This was not some freedom fighter whose life was taken for the cause. This was a career criminal who made terrible choices that night, and those choices, as much as Mehserle's fatal and criminally negligent mistake, led to his death.

  • @ssn708 so are you saying that Grant needed to be some outstanding citizen to make his death a horrible crime? Does anyone even a petty criminal deserve to be shot in the back? Why does it matter so much to you? Do you not abhor anyone being shot in the back while they lay prostrate and helpless?

  • @joelcrouch I never said anything even remotely close to saying Grant had to be an outstanding citizen for his death to be tragic. It is, I have said it about 30 times now. Grant was not helpless. He was fighting officers. He was resisting arrest. The shooting was accidental as he meant to tase him. You are putting words in my mouth and making things up out of whole cloth.

  • Mehserle is nothing more than a cold-blooded murderer. Any fool can see that. The minimum he should have gotten was life in prison without possibility of parole. He should have been fighting for his life. With that said, the jury, judge, and lawyers responsible for this travesty of justice should be hounded for the rest of their miserable damned lives. I doubt God will show any mercy for these worthless whores and sons of a bitches.

  • this is my third comment on this matter. IT IS NOW ILLEGAL TO VIDEO POLICE IN AMERICA. YOU LIVE IN A CORPORATE CONTROLLED FASCIST DICTATORSHIP, your so called democracy is an illusion to keep you content, so you will consume shit to keep this capitalist oligarchy going, cop's are enabler's of this system, im a moderate so i try not to harbor extreme views, but the writings on the wall

  • @daycentdude , agreed. Illegal or not, I'll keep the camcorder rolling. No douchebag cop is going to escape my watch.

  • @daycentdude I believe you are mistaken. I am unaware of any state where it is a crime specifically to video a police officer, and this is an area of law I pride myself in. Please provide the state, city, and statute where filming a police officer is illegal, I would love to learn more.

  • Fuck you guy, He is not free. HE IN JAIL FOR LONG LONG LONG MORE! FUCKING YOUR DUMBASS AND GO TO HELL!

  • By the way..He's free now. :)

He was able to make the $3,000,000 bail because he's an upstanding citizen, unlike the worthless individual he snuffed out.

    Salute-Johannes Mehserle - The Cleanser.

  • @kite012991 You just proved my point

    HE IS FREE NOW!!!!!!!!

    YOUR A NAZI CONFORMIST CHEERLEADER

AND ILL COMMENT ON WHATEVER I WANT TOO

  • @daycentdude and @kite012991 Mehserle is currently in prison. He was convicted. He was freed on bail after his initial arrest until his trial which was concluded over a month ago. He will be sentenced in November at the earliest, and he faces 3-14 months for involuntary manslaughter.

  • If you resist an officer, you're on the bottom tier of society and deserve to be cleansed from existance. I'm glad the cleanser's sentence is short.

Keep in mind, he's not going to Federal - Unlike the suspect he preemptively snuffed. I say good on Johannes Mehserle. Federal prisoners are expensive, and we can't have every nigger and wetback in south central filling our nation's budgets.

  • i hope he gets raped by a big black guy named Tiny

  • who police's the police?,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,nobody.

they can do whatever they want and get away with it.

if this man(and i use that term loosely) was any normal citizen he'd be serving life right now, not waiting for sentencing for involuntary manslaughter,

im NOT american so i have no stake in this, your criminal justice system looks corrupt as fuck to any objective person

  • @daycentdude

    Who polices the police?

A panel of judges, federal lawyers and societarical low-tier ingrates like yourself.

Don't speak of American affairs when you have absolutely no standing in them.

  • It was no accident. But, If he's already in handcuffs, what do you need this so called "taser" for anyway. Even though a taser looks and feels different from a handgun, it was NOT the right thing to do. I respect cops, but they seem to be no different from the people they put in jail.

  • idiot cop. You see people video taping you ...why would you pull out your gun and shoot someone?

  • hmm they should've put him in general population. Murder is murder.

  • Oscar Grant had crack cocaine in his rectum and an autopsy revealed Oscar had ketamine in his system. Oscar, was also fighting on the train and that's why the police were called. Bottom line is Oscar's fried chicken eating, crack smoking, watermelon seed spittin' days are over. Good ridden

  • @NLR884evr It still does not excuse him getting shot, and the racist diatribe is out of line. This was a terrible accident that should never have happened. Both Oscar Grant and officer Mehserle could have acted differently to avoid this outcome. Both families are now without a father and a provider. A tragedy all around. A terrible, criminally negligent, completely avoidable tragedy.

  • he will only be in jail for a little while not long

  • @633390 A minimum of three years seems long to me. They may give him longer simply to try and prevent riots. That would be unfair to him, but very fair to the greater good, as several more lives could be lost if Oakland riots.

  • Behind bars for how long?

  • @americaninjustice 3-14 He gets sentanced in November.

  • AND AT TIMES I WONDER WHEN MY FREEDOM WILL COME CAUSE WHAT THEY GIVE US IS CALL FREE-DUMB. HOWEVER AM IN HOPE AND UNDERSTANDING OF A FREEDOM WETHER IT BE BY THE GUN OR SOME PERSON IN HIGH AUTHORITY PROVOKE JUSTICE AND MAKE THIS RIGHT.

  • mesherle should have gotten a medal not a sentence. he just took another fucking nigga off da streets. that fuck grant would have done some crime like selling crack to his brothas or he wouldve done a 187 on a motha fuckin cop yo. mesherle should be thankd not jailed. keep those monkies off da street . more cops should do this, the world would be a better place. oh wait blacks wiil off themselves. problom solved. "he was murdered, he was murdered" shut that black bitch of a mom up. fuck da nigga

  • You racists are everywhere aren't u? The only important issue is that an officer shot an unarmed man in the back & that is at the VERY LEAST involuntary manslaughter.. Read the news! 85% of the people arrested for rioting were anarchists from out of town. Continue living your pathetic, fearful, hate filled lives you cowards! Johannes will do whatever time he gets in protective custody & get out and move to Daisyville, Wyoming and Oscar will REST IN PEACE!

  • @dabeto510 I agree with involuntary manslaughter. I have always maintained that Mehserle was criminally negligent and should do jail time, and he is doing jail time. My contention is that Oscar Grant made a choice that had he made differently, would have resulted in him going home to his wife and child.

  • @ssn708

Your argument is one of the most well-reasoned I've seen. I'm in total agreement.

  • @DetectiveCrockett77 Thanks! I am studying to be a lawyer, so your compliment on my ability to argue is very well received!! Just watch how many now attack me for my career choice, and use it to try and invalidate my point of view.

  • He deserves to go to jail, i hope he becomes somebodys bitch in jail.

If that officer really wanted to calm Grant down he would of used a different method. I believe he aimed to kill that man and its because he wasnt cooperating, It has nothing to do with grants history, it has nothing to do with racist (i hope). This is a case trying to gain back the "respect" a cop is suppose to have. Whatever happened to tazing or just simply shooting somebody in the foot or leg?

  • @MultiChitchat He had no intention of killing Grant. His stance, distance from the suspect, demeanor prior to firing, are all consistant with an officer firing a taser. His reaction afterwards was consistant with someone realizing he had just made a huge mistake.

  • @MultiChitchat ...O’ goodness, you trying to be another ‘bright spot along life’s dim hi-ways!’, Hmmm??? Did you not pay attention to the part where it was stated the officer had thought that he had his taser gun pulled out?

  • @MultiChitchat he was freed on a $3 million dollar bond! that shit isnt right!!!

  • @MultiChitchat He intended to tase him, he panicked and grabbed the wrong weapon. Criminally negligent and inexcusable, but he did not intend to fire his sidearm.

  • @MultiChitchat former cops do not do well in jail

  • I wish Nwa would have showed up to the riot to sing FUCK THE POLICE!

  • Jail... WTF! He should be given a medal!

  • @Hordetuff Oh he will be. They gone put a medal rod up his @## in jail.

  • Your time is running out .DEVILS Your defiant nature will be stopped. Your running out of friends. No amount of sun block will stop what is coming.WE will follow you back to your hide spot .Whenever you come out for supplies.WE ARE NOT AFRAID!!!!!!! GOOD BYE.....Spit.

  • @apafus1 Give this nigga a piece aof chicken!

  • How hard can it be to open fire on the police? Go down a hero, and take as many of the bloated sons of bitches as possible?

All the Crypt and Blood crap, shoot the real enemy.

Find pig. Shoot pig. Seek and Fn extinguish.

  • I hope they KILL HIS ASS in jail......

  • @bbdboysclub Shouldn't you be out looting and rioting with the other savages?

  • Comment removed

  • @ChicagoJoe57 Yes, because the negroes aren't out there looting and rioting, right? PC obsessed idiot.

  • @MrGrevy The only excuse you can come up with is the suspect is a N and had a record, was mouthy, and had a criminal record. Hey, how far did you go in school - six miles?

  • McGrevy didn't get enough hugs from his mother when he was little...and probably too many from Daddy!

  • @NatTurnerJr Go loot and riot silly Sambo!

  • If there is some kind of conspiracy where "The Man" wants us divided and fighting each other over trifling crap like race and ethnicity, that "Man" is sure laughing at the posts on here now. Look past how you all think you are different from each other and consider how many more TASERS are in use now all over the country, and how many are being killed by them This cop THOUGHT he was using a TASER. You should be trying to control this police state and stop fighting each other.

  • @BlueEgyptian I agree man! But you have to admit that some people on here actually like and seek such attention because their real lives are so unfulfilling. Hence you have the uncanny bigotry displayed by those not worth mentioning.

  • Talk about uneducated--you, MrGrevy, are a moron. First of all the victim begged to not be shot and tased so how does that fall in line with resisting arrest? Second, even if the victim was resisting, how does that justify the officer pulling out his firearm and proceeding to blast? Lastly, do you have no humanity and sympathy for the victim? The officer abused his power and used it IRRESPONSIBLY. I guess Ignorance really is Bliss you fuckface.

  • thumps up if u typed ur name, cause u were bored

  • News Flash: isn't it very curious that you have TONS of Asians in that part of California, yet you do not see the Asians involved in these police shootings/beatings/arrests, etc. It's always the blacks acting up. The Asians and whites (for the most part) are busy working and obeying the laws. The blacks have no discipline or personal responsibility in our society. These parents must take some blame, too, for poor rearing of the children.

  • They should let him fight for his life with the inmates.

  • ACAB!!!

  • They need to set this guy free. It was an accident and the IDIOT he killed was resisting. What's with all this emotional nonsense? I'm sure the blacks will riot and destroy their neighborhoods if he's not given jail time. Stay classy, negroes!

  • @MrGrevy was resisting? where did get your fact? Countless videos captured by live witnesses reported the opposite.

    are you trolling tonight?

  • @cepacol06 He was resisting - he was cuffed and put on the ground. You don't understand that? We have one less thug to worry about and hopefully the cop will be out soon. Shouldn't you be out joining the looting and rioting?

  • @MrGrevy , This cowardly cop will be dealt with in prison. Anybody can be tough when shooting an unarmed man. Since you agree with this type "justice" it says a lot about you and your upbringing. Do your parents belong to the KKK?

  • @NatTurnerJr He'll be in protective confinement of some sort, they're not going to turn him over to the savage apes like the ones looting and rioting in Oakland. He got rid of one more useless drain on society. Good for him.

  • @MrGrevy " the cop will be out soon." I wish I would have seen your comment so I could have made a loaded bet with you and won.

  • @ChicagoJoe57 I said hopefully he will be out soon you retarded illiterate ape. Shouldn't you be out looting with your 'oppressed' brethren?

  • @MrGrevy What is it with CA - do they have to now hire illiterate foreigners as police officers because of some kind of quota system? So now Oakland has to hire it's share Soviet block countrymen who cannot determine weights of objects?

  • @ChicagoJoe57 WTF Mehserle was born in the states hes not illiterate and he was just doing his job grant should have followed orders. he was a criminal he had a history of resisting arrest he spent time in jail for drug dealing. great man huh

  • @zachsmama03 Well the ends don't justify the actions, and the jury saw it that way too. Yes, just d
