  • Sorry guys, but some of this isn't a full rep.

    On chin ups, your chin has to come over the bar, which on some it doesn't.

    On shoulder press, you have to rep from shoulder height, the bar is set too high.

    Other than that, good work.

  • Good job guys! The most I have ever done in a weighed chin up is (a total) 247lbs 4 times, and I thought I was hot shit :)
