Thanks for sharing this wonderful bhajan.I had heard one by Pandit Ajoy Chakarborti, and sung after hearing him,but Mitaliji has rendered this beautifully. My salutations.
a very inspirational person but people never search within to understand what is this universal concept he understood but instead they hold him as their idolised saint. if people search within they will find all the answers to their deepest questions, find the git of faith and that is what Kabir wants people to do and he has given us the tools and method to do this.
Are you looking for me? I am in the next seat. My shoulder is against yours. you will not find me in the stupas, not in Indian shrine rooms, nor in synagogues, nor in cathedrals: not in masses, nor kirtans, not in legs winding around your own neck, nor in eating nothing but vegetables. When you really look for me, you will see me instantly -- you will find me in the tiniest house of time. Kabir says: Student, tell me, what is God? He is the breath inside the breath.
On behalf of Nanak his 5th Successor declared: Saints themselves chants and inspires others to chant the Naam the Name of the Lord. My mind is filled with the Mantra of the Holy Saints, and I have risen above the three qualities Gazing upon the Blessed Vision, the Darshan of Bhagat, my eyes are filled with love. I am a sacrifice to that occasion. Twenty-four hours a day, those meditate in remembrance on their God; by great good fortune, they have found the Lord.--------
------. Kabir is merciful the slave of the Lords slaves; the humble barber Sain is supreme. Highest of the high is Namdev, who looked upon all alike; Ruvdas embodiment, Manifestation of God. My soul, body and wealth belong to the Saints; my mind longs for the dust of the Saints. And by the radiant Grace of the Saints, all my doubts have been erased. Said Nanak, I have met the Lord. P 1207 GG. To find out who is Guru, Satguru to Nanak, do visit our channel.
Thanks my friend for an impassioned effort to share this lovely bhajan in (Sindhu) Bhairavi. Kabir is my favourite too and no painting nor temple can capture for me his glorious personality immersed in God. Osho has given several lovely diacourses on Kabir.
May God bless you for this posting. Just saw your profile. My family and I went to pay our obeisance at Maghar last year while we were returning from a Budhism pilgrimage. Kabir cannot be defined or described in any ways. Let his history be just a reference and not the tool to understand the mysteries of his pearls of words. The entire world needs Kabir today more than ever. His name makes my tears roll down. He hits and touches the depth of one's subconscious. Love you all!

Where do you go to seek me
When I am here with thee?
You will not find me through pilgrimage
You will not find me through my image
Solitude will not lead you to me
Nor much use will
A temple or mosque be
I am not inside
Kailas or Kabe

@saqibtahir easily said ..difficult to do.....for unless a soul has struggled for many a lifetimes the final
state of effortless illumination will not ensue.....until then ...many kind of spiritual struggles will be necessary....
a visit to mandir ot mosque will not harm.......
