This movie had alot of drama in preproduction..1st off as good as Christian is..Heath Ledger was passed over for the lead..not only that, but an little known english actor Tom Sturridge was chosen and fully prepared for the movie when the director was talked into firing him because of his age(18) 2 WEEKS before filming started. They also cut the girl Teresa Palmer when they cut Tom, so the only one still allowed on was Jamie Bell. Kinda unfair, but the decision making was poor with Heath out
