You see that every move the guy makes involves an incredible amount of sustained core and ab power? Note that they're all static movements, not dynamic swings. That's the reserve of power we're talking about. You'll break your fist on his gut and he'll snap you like a toothpick if you go down to groundfighting.

I think you are missing the point. The video is _designed_ to depict fluidity of movement an gymnastic contortion. It is not concerned with particularly difficult climbing. It is therefore supposed to look like he is posing.
