Homeland Security/ICE is going to be out in force at the polls on Election Day again, sitting in plain, unmarked vans and running the plates of Hispanic-appearing voters pulling into the lot. If they catch a non-citizen voting, it's an instant felony, no bail, and you're on the next bus back, with a PERMANENT "ineligible" marked on your file if you even try to immigrate legally later.
In '04 they deported 4100 families this way, and 16,000 minorities on warrants. This time: MUCH bigger.
