It is even more unlikely that a settler would sell his car to a Palestinian. Fact is, a lot of stolen cars from Israel end up in the West Bank. As for the statements, that's just how soldiers talk. I know both Israeli and American soldiers, and the Americans certainly say things that would peel paint off a wall. Doesn't make em bad guys.
