what do you feel the when they run out of algae?

yes, they are community fish. They just tend to their business as cleaners.

You should have more than just one, they are great cleaners and really small. I have about six now.

they do indeed eat brown algae. They completely cleaned mt tank of it and even witnessed them consume it. but this shouldnt be used as the only food for a varied diet is best

mine wont eat anything. Theres plenty of brown algae and 3 slices of cucumber.

i dont think they eat brown algae, but they do like cucumber. did you blanch the cucmbers so that they sink?

I was thinking about getting thoose but then that woulda been the only fish in my tank DX scince mine is only 5 gallons. But this summer im gunna get 3 of em' when i raise guppies.
